Students came to school dressed like 100-year-olds today to celebrate our 100th Day of School. We are so thankful that we have been able to come to school every day this year!
Mrs. Coartney's 3rd grade class experimented with how forces act on the hopper poppers that they made. They observed and recorded how high they "popped" and then modified them.
Mrs. Bardwell's first grade class filled up their marble jar and was rewarded with an extra recess playing in the snow! Marbles are added to the jar if the students are doing their work, behaving and following directions. They also enjoyed some hot chocolate.
Mrs. Bachman's 4th grade class studied the artist, Paul Klee. Using tissue paper and water, they did a representation of his famous picture, "A Man Going Senile".
